Workout program for flexibility
Can anyone recommend a workout program for improving flexibilty?

Workout for flexibility
Increased flexibility is what brought me to the Curves Circuit Workout. When I wake up in the morning, I hurt. When I walk around first thing after waking up, I walk swaybacked from being in one position for too long. (a freight train could go through my room at night and I probably wouldn't notice!) If I drive for too long or sit at my desk for too long, I stiffen up. I love the Curves circuit!
One machine gently rocks my lower back when it hurts, another eases the cramp in my shoulders, another stretches a cramped muscle; the workout gives a complete body stretching and I love it!
Sometimes the answer is right in front of you! I couldn't believe how good that workout is; it looks so innocuous but it's great!

Flexibility
Several years ago I started doing Bikram hot yoga once a week. I'm improving and my flexibility is much better. Give it a try!
