Workout section
Hi everyone!
Im just having a little trouble logging the exercies and work outs I do and I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips on how it all works? Everytime I enter in the amount of activity I did, it tells me I have I burned 0 calories..which I know is incorrect for 45 minutes ontreadmill at 7.0/3.5 . Does anyone know what I am doing wrong here?
