Workout Tracker Submit Button
I first enter my exercise/min of exercise then i hit the Save (blue button) just above the data I entered. I then go to the top center/right of the page and there you'll find the SUBMIT button....once you submit you will get a message that will say "Great Workout"

Tracking workouts
Tracking what you eat is a one step process. For some reason, tracking workouts is a two step process. Maybe 3 if you use all the steps. I skip the first part and just enter what I did in "My Exercises" under "Actual". Once you've made this entry you have to first "Save and Update" and then you get a blue "SUBMIT" button. Click on this and your workout is saved.

RE: Cowgirltuff
Are using decimals for your "Actual" values for time or weights? When entering time, please be sure to enter it in full minutes and seconds (11:30) and not in decimal form (11.5). Also, there seems to be a problem with the system accepting values including decimals for Actual weights lifted (ie 7.5, 12.5). If you are using half-pound weights, please try rounding up or down until we have this tracking issue resolved. Upon trying to save results with values that include decimals, we've found that all unsaved information added is erased from the tracker. Could this possibly be the cause of your "erased" workouts? We have our technical team looking into this issue and hope to have it fixed by the end of the week.
