Workout tracker help
Can anyone help me with the workout tracker. I dont feel that its user friendly. I dont understand how the intensity area works. Ive looked for some sort of instruction but have not been able to find anything. I want to be able to accurately track my workouts but dont understand how this tool works.

Intensity
Hi,

The intensity is a measure of the effort you are putting forth. There are basically 2 scales you can use - one is the 1-10 scale - where 1 is sitting on the couch and 10 is sprinting as fast as you can. The other scale is that there are example heart rates for each number. So, a moderate workout - like walking 3 mph on a level treadmill is probably about a level 5 and if you happen to check your heart rate - it might be around 120-135ish. If it is 150 - then maybe your intensity is really 7.

Intensity is useful to log since it will help tune the calories burned closer to reality.

workout tracker - adding calories burned
Does anyone know how to add calories burned to the tracker. I see where I can find the amount of calories burned through activity but not how to attach them to the tracker. Any help is appreciated.

RE: rocket42
You must add your exercises to the tracker and then add the actual values for time/distance/weight/reps and submit the results. Once you submit your results, your burned calories will be reflected in the Workout Score Card. At this time, there is no site-function that would allow users to manually add calories-burned.

RE: bajanjeni
You have workouts from October 16th and 18th that have not yet been tracked. You must submit the results for these workouts before the site allows you to track current workouts.

I have entered my workout from today 7 times and when I click save and update the "submit results" that is supposed to show up never does. The entries I made get erased. Again, I've tried 7 times and I have now given up. HELP!!

RE: huklbery
We could not replicate this error when logging into your account. It sounds as though you are experiencing a site error due to improper tracking. Are you trying to track a cardio exercise using fractions for times? Please note that times must be tracked in whole minutes and seconds (11:30) and not decimals (11.5).
