Wrong-so wrong
is there a way to flag when someone's calories on an entered food is off or incomplete. I was finding 85/15 hamburger one had no fat or protein information and the calories were off on 3oz by almost 100. I know to look and make sure I use the fitclick foods when I can but wow. Help.

You are hip to it.
Yeah, fitclick knows all about that. Some folks track calories ONLY. Silly, but some still do. It's kind of like "Let the User Beware" or be aware...that some foods are completely off, on all counts. Best to add your own, I have even found some incorrect FitClick food entries. Hey no one is perfect, but the site should be more vigilant about their own entries, even if they don't concern themselves with incorrect user ones.
That being said, it is best to enter your own foods, and put exact nutritional values when you can. It will only make your life easier in the long run. Now, I can rattle off how many carbs, fat grams, protein grams, sodium mg's and sugar g's are in most foods I eat, without looking! LOL!

You will also see numerous entries of the same foods. Many times it is b/c the amounts, or the serving sizes are in grams versus cups versus kilos. You get the picture. Seperating Wheat from Chafe.

Great advice from CutCarb! One tip is that when you find a food that is entered correctly, click the little heart to make it a favorite. If I see the heart when I am searching for foods I know that I checked and that food is entered accurately. It saves time during future searches.

Use the comment section of the food to list errors in the entry to alert fitclick and others. On FitClick entered foods, use the feedback GROUP to notify them. I think they monitor that group more than this board.
