Your Best Smoothie Recipe
My favourite recipe is 1 cup frozen peaches 1/2 cup peach yogurt 1 cup of peach juice or skim milk 1 scoop muscle milk protein.

banana-pineapple greek smoothie
this morning's concoction...
60 g frozen pineapple
60 g frozen banana
200 g greek plain non-fat yogurt
10 g ground flax seed
1 pkt truvia
Blender until frothy
14 g whole almonds stirred in

Coconut Beverage Smoothie With Ground Flax
1/2 cup So Delicious Coconut Milk Beverage
1/4 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt (any brand)
1/2 cup frozen berries (your pick)
1 Tbs ground flax seed
Squirt of honey.
Blend well and enjoy!

Four Berry Smoothie
3/4 cup of frozen 4-field berry mix. 1 cup of skim or juice. 1/4 cup of vanilla yogurt. 1/2 banana slice. 1 tbs ground flax seed. 1/2 tbs honey.1 scoop muscle milk protein mix.

general smoothie tip
to make your "smoothie" texture more like "soft serve"
... use frozen fruit (bananas work especially well) and
... Greek yogurt (because of its thickness)
... stir in nuts after blending
... eat with a spoon
