Zumba
last year I went to a Zumba class. It was held in a school gym and it was wall to wall people. The class was 45 minutes. I had to drop out after 30. I was so out of breath, I thought I would have a heart attack.
Now I bought my own zumba program. It is pricey but I can work at my own level and pace. Try to get into a class first--it usually is $3-$5 a session; then see about buying.

The gym I go to offer zumba classes through out the week. It's included in the membership. I go once a week.
