Zumba-calories burned
I can't find how many calories a hard zumba workout burns...Does anyone know??

Zumba-calories burned
I was looking for that the other day too and most of the sites I visited said it was between 600 and 800 depending on your intensity.
I LOVE Zumba :)

Thanks zumbacalc for that bit of info..... I will check it out bc I don't think zumba burns 600-800 calories-- I do intense zumba with heart rate up to 163 for 30 min and it doesn't give me that many burned calories when I register it.... oh, maybe it is that for working out for an hour or so?????
