New alternative seasonings recipe
I've posted a recipe, "Coriander-Crusted Tuna with Black Bean Salsa"
It does call for 3/4 t salt in 4 servings so I left that in, but I'm going to try it later this week without the salt & I'll report back.
At Curves this morning the power went out! There were 10 people working out, I was stretching when it happened so I was the only one finished. Didn't get to check my Smart PI or calorie burn, tho.

Spicy Turkey Tacos
Season lean ground turkey with chili powder, garlic powder and pepper. Fill warmed whole wheat tortilla with turkey meat, cilantro, greek yogurt, green onions and tomatoes. Lots of power foods in this dish and yummy too.

First Week Success
Well, I only got 50 points this week. But even that was enough to help me lose 1.4 pounds. Yay!!
Keep on keepin' on. Thinking of y'all.
Thank you!

It's Working!
I lost 2.8 pounds this week. 80 points for the challenge. Did something to my knee and will have to compensate for that in the curcuit. It's so good being back on track! -- Paula

New recipe for coffee
I posted a recipe for Hot and Spicy Coffee. Regular coffee with a spicy kick. It's supposed to rev up your metabolism.
