Hi! I'm new to this site and i am having a hard time figuring out how to track the exercise i do.

Whatever gets you into the gym
If it will motivate you and get you to actually work out regularly, then it will work. There's no magic formula or plan. Try a variety of things and find what works for you and what you enjoy doing and can keep doing.

The problem with many of the "as seen on t.v." programs, is that they cost way too much money and advertise unrealistic results. But if that's what it takes to get you motivated and committed, then great. Just keep in mind that you can get results that are just as good without buying into the hype and fancy gadgets.

So, u didnt bring jillian michaels up, but i bought a 3 pack off amazon for $22 and jillian is kicking my ass, but i feel soo great afterwords. i do a jillian michaels workout an then a lower impact dvd set from bikini body fitness (amazon again)..u can find them for $2 an $3.

Where did you purchase the p90x? Can you buy it at walmart or any place like that?
