accuracy of calories burned
I am having some difficulty tracking the number of calories burned. Today, I used the elliptical machine for 35 minutes and after entering my weight and age, was told that I burned 365 calories. However, when I entered my workout information onto the workout tracker on this site, it said I only burned 297. How can I tell which information is right?

I've had the same problem, I go by how the machine is programmed because it seems on this site most the workouts are entered by members and I don't know how accurate people can be.

re: accuracy of calories burned
neither the FitClick tracker nor the machines you use at the gym are 100% accurate. everyone's body is different, which means we all burn calories at different rates, regardless of the info (weight/age) you enter into the machine before starting your workout. if you'd like a real "guesstimate" as to how many calories you're actually burning, then it's probably somewhere between the machine's reading and that of the FitClick workout tracker. i tend to side with FitClick's calories burned estimates as i find most machines over-estimate how many calories you burned. i find that gives you a false sense of your progress whereas the FitClick numbers give me a much more realistic reading of what i did for the day.

Different products burn various calories of the human body. The stuffed items of the products and resume.naukri.com review are flown for the ideal pathway for the patterns. The calories are burnt with the force of the new products for the body of the human beings.
