at home
so i am on an EXTREMELY restricted budget....with teh exception of paying my bills i have only $20 a week which has to go twards household needs food etc. My point is that i am looking for some kind of excersize routine or somethgin of teh sort taht can be done at home without equipment like machines or weights etc...somethign involving old fashioned sit ups lunges etc even...btu i dont know how to best put them together or how many sets reps etc i should do

what are you trying to do. do you want to do it quick or do you want to spend time tell me what you want and i can help you. i have a friend that is a trainer and he showed me several routines that were very effective.

I am in the same boat as At Home. I am on a very limited budget. I don't have time/nor do i like going to the gym it is way too repeticous. I would rather do my exercising at home. If i need to I can buy some hand weights and a balance ball but that is about as far as I can go...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have about 50 pounds that i would like to lose. I haven't exercised in a very long time and VERY much out of shape.
