back exercises
my legs have lost weight but my back is still my problem area, along with tummy, any ideas on better cardio/strength workouts?
i would really to find a good video to work out along with..

Deadlifts
Are you deadlifting? Deadlifting is the best for lower back. Do rows for mid-back (barbell or dumbell), and wide-grip lat pulldowns for upper back. Back extensions on the floor (on your stomach, lift up head/chest arms and hold) and back extensions on an extension bench (w/ weight - a plate or a loaded bar for even more) are great for low/mid back as well.
