back fat
Any ideas on some good back fat excersises to do at home without the machines at the gym and how to tighten up the lose skin under your arms? Thats my 2 most problem areas now and I am having trouble finding something that works without going to the gym.

Some Advice...
Jillian Michael's No More Trouble Zones DVD has some great exercises for both your back and your arms, as well as a number of other problem areas. It's a 45 minute DVD, costs about 8 bucks at Target and is well worth the investment for a great workout at home. I use it (and a bunch of her other DVDs) whenever I can't make it to the gym. All you need are a pair of hand weights (I recommend 3 lbs), and a soft surface like a yoga mat for the floor work.

that was my problem before
back fat and flabby arms used to be my problem, what worked was doing 30 day shred by jillian michaels for 60 days
