mmashburn
could you please give more detail on how many days, kinds of food and diet and etc that you use to burn the belly fat? Thanks! I diet and work out religiously but the fat in my stomach has not gone away! Any advice you can give would be appreicated, I cut back on grains, on fat and I try to stay away from sugar, which I hear the main factor in stomach fat?

help with belly fat
Belly fat is a problem for men and women, its the first place you put fat on and the last place it comes off.
firstly : you must look at yourself seriously and say i want to change.
you need to look at what your eating eg. cereals , margarines ,premade foods , soft drinks , white bread , alcohol. all these products have corn sugar , prservatives , stabilisers, man made process's with food the body struggles hard to break down . go back to basic's, eat fresh ingredents use olive oil for cooking instead of vegetable oils and margarines, eat meals the size of your fist more frequently eg. every 3-4 hrs drink plenty of water this will quench the hunger, dont eat late at night.
do some planning of what your eating for the week so you can have the right foods at home instead of impluse buying takeaway, have regular exercise eg. walk every night for 30min, do some cross training = weights and body exercises and cardio .
remember what you eat you must burn off in a day or the excess energy is stored as body fat for another day.
good luck with it i know you will do it . i lost over 30kg's and i feel and look great.
golden rule 90% diet 10% exercise.

Pop Pilates
Pop Pilates is my absolute favorite! You go onto Youtube and type in blogilates and go to that girls videos she has amazing ones. And if you pair a couple of her videos with cardio exercises it will go away in no time! :)
