bigger butt
I know certain squat exercises will build the muscle in the buttocks but I would like to know if there are any that will make a butt look bigger without looking like a body builder. I have the flattest but in the world and would just like some advice to see if there is a relevant exercise I could be doing..

Exercise
The ultimate butt expanding exercise is the full squat. It not only can dramatically increase the size of your butt, but it will also improve the shape of your legs, giving a more proportioned appearance. It must be done properly, though, or else you can injure your back.
Do kick backs. This is a exercise move where you stand on one leg. The leg that is free off the ground, you kick it back until you see your butt squeeze into a bubble. Repeat 10 times and switch. To add resistance, use ankle weights or cables.
Choose the right clothing. Shop carefully and find clothes, especially jeans, that are cut in such a way to emphasize your buttocks. Usually they contain spandex in the blend so that the denim "hugs" your butt, supporting it and emphasizing its distinction from the thighs. The waistline should be snug, and as low as it can go without creating a muffin top or showing a plumber's crack. You can also purchase undergarments that "shape" your butt (but that won't help much if you wear baggy jeans over them).
I hope this helps!

Same Problem
I too have a flat butt, but from doing squats and kick backs mine is taking shape. Rmatt06 is right about the way jeans fit and I have found some that are great for my shape.

thanks!
Thank you so much guys! This is a huge help. The kick backs sound like a pretty solid addition to squats that I have never heard of. I can't thank you enough!

Being the owner of Santa Barbara Pro Plumbers, I know many a things about plumbing like Leak Repair, Drain Cleaning, Gas & Water Piping, etc. But never heard of plumber's crack problem. Can you please explain?
