biking instead of running
NO..................
Running uses (or works) your hamstrings and glutes as well calf.

Biking uses your Quads and Glutes.

Best to try cross training like running/swimming or running/biking
ok....

hi
I have to agree not the same at all cross training is your best option if you can run still. I was actually a swimmer and I feel I get a better "burn" if you will running however, being a bit older now swimming can kick my butt

Bike Riding Helmets
Check outdoors our helmet cameras, headwear & other accessories. ... Truth be told, motorbike helmets meld the riding ride to rider image.

I don't understand people who prefer running. this is a great physical stress on the joints and it can be dangerous for your health. I prefer cycling and I believe this is the most effective cardio exercise. Don't worry, professional advice will help you choose the perfect bike for you. You can read about the best bikes https://roadbike.io/ and find the perfect model for you. How much are you willing to spend on a bike? $ 3000 is not a lot for you?
