I have read SO many different things about what to do how to do it how to eat when to eat etc. Now I'm confused and I m not sure where to start. I stopped smoking on Mar 30, and since then I have gained about 10/15 lbs. Even with the weight gain I'm not over weight ( well from what I have read anyway) I'm 5'4 127 lbs, but it seems to have settled around the inside of my thighs, my stomach, and my love handles ( that i really don't love) kind of like a pear. My jeans are tight and I hate shopping : ) My upper body didn't seem to get any of it. I wanted to "tone" up but recently read that toning was a myth.I was just wondering if someone could tell me where to start. Changing diet, exercising, both or something completely different? Thanks madkat
