I would make the meal a "favorite" then add that favorite meal to the different date

Agree with jjswbs2
Just click the little "heart" above a meal you want to repeat, IT WILL TURN THE HEART YELLOW and that will place it into your favorites...you can track it any day, thereafter! =)

I want this
I had a Body Media arm band (was accidentally thrown away (or stolen?) when I moved) They had a button 'I ate the same meal as' & you could pick a date, see the meals, & pick one. Much easier than adding each item again.
EX: I didn't make a recipe because the amounts are never the same. There were 5 ingredients THIS time & I divided it into 6 servings. So I do the math & log in 1/6th of each ingredient. We eat it for dinner (=2). The next day I have it for lunch (=3).
2 weeks later I take one out of the freezer for lunch. If I could hit a button 'I ate the same meal as' I would have all the things in the right amount, & only need to swap a side dish and correct the water amount - SO EASY. [vs, have to note the amounts used 2 weeks ago & log in the 5 ingredients]
