Please help, I'm trying to get a book or some kind of list of different foods and the amount of calories, carbs, protien, ect. Is there anywhere I can get this for free or next to nothing?

hmmm....
You can find that for most foods on here. But if you are looking for something you can carry around with you then a google search should give you some leads. I don't know what books would be good for that.
I hope you find what you're looking for!
*hugs*

There are a few...
You can buy a book that's by CalorieKing...i think it's like $15 for the new version. This FitClick diet tracker had pretty much everything I searched for and of course its free.

re
I love to eat and that’s probably why I began to exercise regularly in the gym to spend calories correctly. But the problem of great appetite has not gone anywhere. I used my trainer's trick and purchased herbal medicine in the cbd store. It helped me control my appetite. At the moment I’m already used to the new way of life and prefer white breakfasts.
