exercise
ok....I have lost 25(maybe more) pounds, so I started to exercise. Since starting the exercising I am noticing results....no to much but enough to make me happy.....problem is, I cant stop now....I am exercising all day long, anything that goes in my mouth I feel I need to go exercise to burn it off and Im burning off more then im taking in which leaves me feeling really bad. Am I over doing it or should i be doing it to lose this weight and tone? nothing goes in my mouth without me counting calories and all im thinking bout is working out.....what do ya'll think? my mama is freaking out and saying im doing to much and it starting to take control.....

What is your height and idea weight? Be careful to stay in that range... if you go to low then it could be bad for you-- good luck

excercise
if you have time to exercise all day you have no other life. what else do you have that is important to you or that you have to do- you may have more problems than a weight issue. Look at your overall life balance first and then be specific about designing a program that fits-more than an hour a day of fitness is counterproductive unless you are a pro athlete. Seek balance, balance in lifestyle-work, play social, spiritual, in your food choices and in your exercise routine. My 2 cents.

It's gets addictive
Training well become a part of your life if you keep it up. I have been training for 32 years I never had a weight problem or could eat what I wanted to. Just make sure your eating enough nutrition to feed the body while you train. Give the body time to heal after training. If you are at your BMI great don't go under. Make yourself a program includes the basic weight training, aerobic exercise, stetching, and nutrition. Don't eat junk food thats what triggering you to have to train. Don't call it a workout (sounds like a job) I like to say training (lol). Nutrition ia an important part of a successful training program 15% protein 60% carbs 25% fat . Eat a good dinner Mom won't get worried. Keep it up.

Exercising too much/Obsessing??
Dear AnnaB,
Just read your post and I am concerned because it sounds that maybe you are developing an unhealthy obsession in regards to your fear of regaining the weight. It's great that you are enthusiastic about sticking to your plan but over doing it could lead to new health issues. You might want to consider going to see a therapist or at least your doctor and be honest and let him/her know what's going on with you. Good luck and take care.
