exercise and calories
what do people like better

Outdoor exercise or indoor machine??

I do the stationary cycle (doesnt seem as good a woork out (but am sweatier) for inside

and outdoor cycle for outside.

I like the numbers and ways to keep track for outside but seem to get a better workout on the hills.
