Exercise
I like to exercise before meal so I can burn fat in the body instead the food I just ate. Before each meal would be great. You will feel awesome. I know I do.

Snack
I have a snack of a complex carb and some protein about 45 minutes before I exercise and have a protein smoothie about 45 minutes after.

Exercise
Eat after you work out a protein shake is best within 15 min after training.

Small Meals
I eat small meals throughout the day. That way I don't have to work out the same time everyday or worry about getting an upset stomach during a workout.

Snack
Do you think it'd be advisable to have the post-workout protein shake if you don't finish your cardio till 7:30? I go to a Zumba class a couple of nights a week and always eat before. I'm not really hungry after working out, but should I have some protein after?

5 meals
The best way to go about it is have 5 small meals a day with about 6-7 hundred calories at a time. Have protein before (30-45 min) and protein as soon as you can after, because you do not want your body feeding off the muscle you are trying to build.
