exercise routine
would this routine have any benifite:doing reps stetched out in the span of a day. example 20 pushups,totaling 100 in the span of a day.
also other exercise in the same way

Set realistic goals
Setting goals is important when you want to accomplish something. But, if you set unreachable goals you can actually set yourself up for failure. By setting reachable goals on the way to a larger goal, you give yourself small victories along the way, building momentum.
Make it fun
Let’s be honest. If you don’t like something, you’re not going to stay with it. So make your workout fun. Do you like dancing? Take dancing classes. Like basketball? Join a basketball league. Your workout doesn’t have to be a traditional workout like jogging or lifting weights. Think of your workout as fun physical activities and then do them at least three times a week.
