exercise videos
Is there anyone using exercise videos? Which ones. I have a lot of different ones. Please, only those that are using exercise videos respond.

Exercise Videos
I have bought many videos and have been disappointed in them. I got the cable channel "Fit TV" and started taping my own , editing out the commercials, and have really enjoyed them. Kickboxing, aerobics, step aerobics, etc....Cathe Frederick will whip you butt. Also In Shape is another one that I like to tape. It has lots of dance stuff which I don't care for....Hope this helps.
