exhausted and ravenously hungry
no i'm not pregnant, but i'm needing at least one, sometimes 2 naps a day. and i can't seem to eat enough throughout the day. today i busted my calorie limit before 4:30pm.
is this an effect of diet and exercise, or is it time to call the doctor?

tired
Check your thyroid levels. Low thyroid will cause tirerness, sleeping alot, weight gain or trouble losing weight, difficultly concentrating, constripation and just a few of the symptoms.
As CC2014 stated it could also be your blood glucose .
Are you eating 6 small meals a day or every 2-3 hours. By eating this way you can kept you insulin level on a even line

Pregnancy will do that to you!
Cravings etc. I used to eat Greek Food during mine. And lots of it.
