going to the gym to work out
I have been going to the gym for 2 weeks now. i go everyday for over an hour except mondays. I use the bike 6 miles in 35 minutes, the elliptical for 20 minutes which is over a mile, the tread mill for 10 minutes, and walk the track for 10 minutes. i weighed myself when i started i was 286 today i am 284 i just don't see any difference in my appearance or that much weight loss. i feel really good after going and working out but feel sad that i havent lost any weight. i have cut my portions down. what am i doing wrong? i don't want to give up.
