how do i add gymnastics to my workout?? I do 12 hours a week and its my main form of exercise,b ut i dont know how to track it on here??

it's listed as a cardio exercise so you can track it in the system

I think gymnastics is a great option. Do you know what I did? I asked my trainer to do a full range of exercises and shot it on video. Then he added an incendiary tune from this site - So, I got a personal training video, with the music that I like. It gave me tremendous motivation. You can do as well. Ask your girlfriend to be your trainer and choose your songs from the free catalog on the site. Everything is simple!

I think that adding it to your workout plan is a good idea. Gymnastic is good for your body flexibility, which is excellent. I also dedicate one day to different gymnastic exercises, because I want to make the body more flexible. A few days ago, I was looking for some info online and came across, where I found much useful info about exercising dieting, etc. I thought that maybe it will be helpful for someone here and decided to share it with you guys. Also, there is 21 day program which will make your belly fit, and I'm thinking about starting it.
