had a bad day then stuffed my face
been working out and eating better for about a week and a half know i have lost a pound and feel great but then today i had to put down one of my pets. she was sick and i know it was the right thing to do but a week ago i lost another pet to the same illness, felt like crap so my husband me and the kids went out to eat. i just got done putting in everything that i ate and holy crap it was over 2000 cals. i only had a bowl if rice crispys this morning and know lunch but man i ate more than my calorie intake for a hole day in one sitting know im sad and feel like a cow going to go try and work this crap off

Its okay
Eh, no one is perfect. We all make mistakes. I mean our at least looking in the right direction. I've been eating better for just over two weeks...it'll get better just keep at it

don't feel too bad -- take it as a good lesson about how many calories there are in things you eat all the time. eating out is fine, but don't finish the plate, or eat only 25% of the dessert, etc. it's hard to throw food away, but if you're eating out these days you really should.
