hello
just thought i would share some advice given to me by my nutritionist. during times of wanting sometjing sweet, eat chocolate chips. she said they are better for you than sugar free candy, and not alot of calories. if your like me,you gotta have chocolate sometime, and your not cheating on your diet. hope this helps.

I use gum
Don't care for chocolate (WHAT???) yep, don't care for chocolate....when I want something sweet I usually pop one piece of doublemint gum in my mouth--I find this kind last longer

Hello! I would like to ask those who have been on the site for a long time.. How are you doing? Were you able to find what you were looking for? Has the state of your figure affected the search for a partner for a relationship?

Re:
Who ever said that love is about pounds and inches? No, it works in a completely different way. My husband found my account on a website for asian dating in gold-coast - https://www.iwantasian.com/en-au/gold-coast/asian-dating.html I was a rather large woman.. However, he still noticed me then.. We got married and I was able to lose weight only after the birth of my first child.
