help - deadline looming
HI All, i need to loose 25 pounds by the end of june, i am looking for some excercise tips or diet advice, i need to loose this weight to fit in to my bridesmaid dress, the main area i need to loose it in is my bust 4 inches need to be gone by june. any tips ?

An exercise tip is do interval training which is basically increasing the heart rate for a short amount of time (1-5 minutes) then lower it back down and repeat a couple or more times depending on your workout time. You can do this on any machine/walk-running, etc. You end up using more calories this way than the standard level (level 3 at 3 miles walking). I'm not sure about reducing the bust, other than reducing the body fat. Good Luck!!
