help if possible
I am getting frustrated see I do workouts with tv in the mornign get my kids up and ready for school, I have a two year old at home and he is always wanting attention when I want to try to workout again as a stay at home mom of three and a assistant bar manager which doesn't do much I have gained more than i have lost but I feel as if I'm on the losing end and losing my motivation with it....I have tried to invovle my two yr old but he doesn't want to exercise just be held and i do a lot of house work and yard work but I want to tone and lose wieght...Ideas please!!!! Thanks for reading.

not lossing
i didn't lose any weight this week i have used my staionary bike tryed to be more active help!!!!!

help if possible
try rescheduling your workout when the kids are home ask them to keep the two year old busy while you workout

Don't give up.
No body loses weight every week. Sometimes our bodies rebel against diets. Don't get discouraged. Workout everyday and eat clean. Have you thought about some resistance training? Building muscle is a great fat burner.
