well im here koz i want to lose weight but my problem is zat i dnt have zat courage hmmm how to say zat firm courage zat say i want to lose weight so i will lose weight i get dissapointed very soon
so i wish to knw is there other ppl like me n who have been able to overcome zis prblm

I have the same problem I know I have to I start and then for one reason or another I give up exercise is easy for me it is the eating part that i have a problem with and I can't do it unless I work on both
