help plz!!!!!!!!!
Well I've been workin out 4 abt 1 year when I started working out I was 150 but now I'm 180 but with no muscle at all (actually nothing) so a frien told me to take some supplements and I just wanted to know if they're workin or not

Russian bear weight

Monohydrate creatine



Please I really need ur help be4 start takin'em

Before delving into the shady world of untested and sometimes dangerous supplements. Make sure you are eating good, clean protein with every meal and eating at least 5 "meals" a day.

Other points to think about are:

make sure you balance the cardio workouts so you dont end up burning through the muscle gains.

You may not be working as hard as you think, try light to mid weights and use a slower tempo or 1/3rds to force your muscles to work harder.

Lastly, most people do not burn as many calories as they think they do.

Man all those supplements aren't always good for you... If you aren't burning enough calories and then start taking all that stuff then you could be setting yourself up for more weight gain... You might try adding more cardio to your routine...

drink at least 64 oz of water daily.
