help putting excercise in
I need help calculating what calories I burned today. How do you calculate once you put them in?

Really Hard time with this
I too am having a really hard time adding the carolies burned and having them show up on my progress. I know it can not be this hard. Any help would be appreciated.

must submit after planning
After adding anything in the Workout Tracker, you then must click on the Submit Results button before you will be able to see the results on your My Progress page. If you go back and change anything, you must then click on "Save and update" for it to recalculate.

Similar issue
I'm trying to put the exercise I did in and add the 'actual' amount but it won't let me do that? It appears to be glitched.

you must click on a particular spot
You have to click on just the right spot in the actual column before an underline will show up with the text insert icon. (The spot's a little higher than you might suppose.)

same problem as Srn24
I was able to enter both "target" and "actual" minutes for several exercises two days ago. For yesterday and today, however, I am only able to add "target" minutes. I have tried mouseclicking everywhere possible near and around the spot the underline should show up. Nothing happens whatsoever. There IS a glitch.

As a workaround, I have discovered that if you put in a number of minutes under "target" and leave the "actual" field blank (because I can't enter anything at all), and then "save and update," it calculates my calorie burn as if I had simply done the target. So for now, I'm going to skip tracking target versus actual (which would be depressing anyway) and just put numbers in for target.

I will add that it was not at all obvious how to get it to calculate the calorie burn. Entering in food, like when you change quantity, it does this automatically. Not so with exercise. In fact, unlike with food, you canot even enter in an amount when selecting type of exercise in the first place. Nor is there a "recent" tab from which to select (like there is with foods), which would be most helpful.

Thank you.

RE: VitaminD and Srn24
When logging into your accounts, we saw that you did not click "submit results" for any of your tracked workouts. The system will not allow you to track current workouts if you have untracked, previously assigned workouts (which appear dark blue on the calendar). We have gone ahead and submitted all of your unsubmitted workouts. You should now be able to access the "Actual" field on your current workouts. Please follow these steps to properly track your workouts:

1) Click Add an Exercise under the cardio/strength sections
2) Click the "+" sign to add individual exercises
3) Enter the appropriate values under the "actual" fields for time/distance/weight/reps
4) Once you've added all of your exercises and "actual" values, click "Submit Results"
5) If you are editing a workout that has already been submitted, remember to click "save and update."
