hiting a road block..
I have been using FitClick since i stared (Nov 09). I have been doing reall well. Until this week........ all i have wanted to is eat. I am still working out 5 days a week down from my six days. But i find my self wanting to snack on everything in sights and not just one cookie or two i want to eat them all an iam not a cookie lover. This is so furstrating because i have done so well up to this point.

snacking is not bad!
Snacking is not bad - I eat 6 times a day and some days more. Everytime you eat your metabolism goes up while your body works to digest, so you actually burn more calories/fat by eating more often! The key is what you're snacking on....if you are craving sweet things try eating more fruit. I find when I am eating every 2-3 hours I don't have any cravings at all b/c I don't give my body a chance to get hungry. May work for you too. Don't be discouraged - one week of junk food snacking is not going to blow all the good you've done - the key is just to get back under control. A book a love states, "it's not Christmas thru New Year's that's bad for your waistline, it's what you eat from New Year's to Christmas" (the whole rest of the year!!). The bigger pattern is what makes or breaks you.
