how do i loose my fatty thighs!!!?
I really wish that i could just loose my fatty thighs!! ugh!! is anyone one knows what to do PLEASE!!! HELP!! Is there anyway possible to get small hips!??! i have had 2 children...and lets just say you can tell!! I really just need help with these 2 problems. Thanks!

If your hip bones are now farther apart than they were there is no way to move them back. However....general cardio will help you to lose fat all over (walking, stair stepper, elliptical and incline walking are my recommendations), and squats and lunges and bulgarian split squats will really help you build muscle in your thighs (and overall legs) which will speed up the fat burning and improve the appearance (you'll look more toned and defined). Also - here's a secret: if you lift for your upper back and shoulders they will get broader and that will make your waist, hips, and thighs look smaller. The fastest, most effective exercise to do this is wide grip lat pull downs and bent over one-arm dumbell rows. But to affect change in your shape you've got to do enough weight that it's HARD. Start with 12 reps (3 sets) at a weight you can do 15 reps b/f you collapse - then next workout increase weight and drop to 10 reps, then increase and drop to 8, then increase and drop to 6 - you should be completely winded by the end of a set.
I also highly recommend deadlifting (with straight barbell) for defining legs and lower back/waist.

barbell squats are a lifesaver. if you don't know how to do them, you should look into it...check the animated/video demons on the site or maybe ask a friend who has some experience. just practice using proper form before doing anything with significant weight. not only does it target your thighs and buttocks, but it's an overall great core-exercise.

you want to get rid of lower body fat you work it muscle will actully help with thermogenises. hey walk as much as you can to also. that always help. sqauts and deadlifts.
