Listing Meals Eaten
On the Diet/Nutrition tab at the top of the page select Diet Tracker....select the meal you want to eat.....it will go to a search page where you type in the food you will eat like "green beans" in the search box....then hit the search or enter button..... a listing of foods will show up and select the one you think is best (or you can add your own recipes) It will then go to the page where you can list the amount you ate (1/2 cup, etc) then hit enter and it should show up on the meal plan--- Your food selection page also has a Favorite tab, Most recently used tab.... if you eat green beans tomorrow you just go to that tab and won't have to research....Hope I did'nt confuse you---
