You shouldn't lose that much a day, regardless
Unfortunately, losing 3 pounds a day is NOT healthy, regardless of how much you work out. Also, the weight loss can not only be determined by exercise. How many calories you take in a day factors into your overall weight loss.

Three pounds a day?
Were you meaning three pounds a week? To lose one pound of body fat, you need to burn 3000 calories more than you take in. As Vegas stated, losing three pounds per day is NOT healthy. I am not sure if it is really even "possible", unless you sweat out water weight in a sauna or something. Of course, if you have an intake of zero calories, and you do some rediculous exercising at a high intensity, you could hypothetically lose three pounds in on e day, but, it will most likely not last. Unfortunately, the best way to permanent weight loss is slow, steady weight loss of 1 to 2 pounds per week, made by changing your diet, and increasing activity. Best of luck...and be CAREFUL!

yeh no
im with thes other people more then three pounds a week your loosing muscle drink water and walk as much as posible
