how much is too much ?
Im wondering, is it bad or good to work out 6-7 days a week ?
is it necessary to give myself days off in order to see results with weight loss ??
or will i lose more fat by working out every day ??

well, my suggestion is that you at least give your self a day off.
so 6 days of workout should be fine but be sure that those 6 days of workout should be different everyday. You dont want to be working out the same muscles everyday, your body wont have enough time to recover from the day before.

I worked out everyday for 11 months in a row. My weekly routine consisted of heavy weight lifting 3 days per week, and cardio (Spin Bike) every morning for 45 minutes on an empty stomach. Yes, cardio 7 days a week. My diet was very basic. I never paid attention to macros, but I ate 2000 clean calories per day mon-fri and 3000 bad calories saturday and sunday, lol. The weight melted off with no stalls a long the way. I lost a total of 130lbs going from 330 to 200lbs.
