Too often!
I definitely weigh myself too often, pretty much every time I'm at the gym. It's a big scale and it's right there in front of me. As long as I don't let it discourage me (because of time of day, bloating, etc), then I'm okay.
I would say once a week is healthy!

Once a week!
You should only weigh yourself once a week as your body weight fluctuates from day to day. Bloating, water weight, etc causes your weight to change.
So you don't lose your sanity when your weight goes up, it is smart to just weigh yourself once a week.

Once a week
As Chrissy81981 Says, Once a week is good. Besides, you don't want to to too focused on the scale. Your body has it's ups and downs....Just keep trying!

Weigh yourself as often as you like
I weight myself everymorning. It is true that your weight fluctuates from day to day so as long as you can keep that in mind I think that weighing yourself daily is a good way to be aware of what your weight is doing.

There's a saying...
You manage what you measure.
I weigh daily, but yeah - I don't worry about anything more then the 1 or 2 week trend.
I see weird stuff, but as long as you aren't the type to get discouraged by stuff like a 5 lb gain overnight, knowing, IMO is better then not knowing.
