iPhone / iPad app will not accept username and password
My username and password work here on the web page but will not work with my paid apps. Please let me know what I can do to correct this. Any other users experience this?

iPod app will not accept username and password
I’m experiencing the same issue. I submitted a ticket to the app support but issue remains. I have even tried creating a new account, changing password and having current password sent.
Getting very frustrated

Strange
Strange that the fitclick team has not replied... It is a free service but our complaint is about the paid app.

Almost 18 hours
It's been almost 18 hours since I created the ticket for the app. I must say I'm not impressed. It is not a cheap app :( but I really like it

IPhone won't accept password
Try turning your IPhone off and then on again..... sometimes I have to do that to receive e-mails, etc.... Turning the phone off seems to clear out most problems that I have had!!!

There was a bug that was effecting a number of users' ability to log-in, but we have gone ahead and addressed the problem.
