i am getting frustrated on how to record things.
I am getting frustrated here. All of this is so complicated. All I want to do is record that I walked in the mall for 2 hours today. I burned 574 cals.
I also want to re-set the sedentary workout to light activity.
I watched your videos but there must be a simpler way to track all of this.
I also want to set up the calorie levels to get to my goal weight. Help
Thank you to who ever can help me with this

Have you been to the workout tracker page and added the exercise "walking(steps/day)" ??
Then enter the steps and click "Submit" to make your workout official :)

Choose either steps or time walked
On the workout tracker you can search "Brisk Walk" and then choose either # of steps or minutes walked....
