You now have support.
Remember this" Failing to plan is planning to fail. It does not matter what you do just pick something that you can do. I bought work out videos off of ebay. My fav is Power 90 1-2 Cardio, Scuplt and Abs. NOT P90x, this is the begiiner version and a very good workout after 45 days you need to switch to the 3-4. Try others until you find what you like. I have Turbo Jam but am not a fan. I have Slim in 6 and I like it I just like the power 90 best. Plan you meals on sunday. be Boring at first while you learn to track. I eat Oatmeal every morning, have a V-8 at 10 to 1030 then a sandwich with lean meat, mustard lettuce and no chesse on sara lee 45 calorie bread then try to eat a dinner stop when full. and then brush y9our teeth early and stay out the kitchen NO eating NONE past 7. If you start this you should see results within 2 weeks and feel results after the first week. Just make a plan. I write out grocery list on Sunday and then purchase food and then pack lunch the night before. Pack snacks like apples, celery, baby carrots. just remember if you bite it you must write it. I am at 199 witha goal of 165 bu June 26 which ius about 11 and half pounds per month.

Don't panic!
You do NOT have to lose 60 pounds by June 1 because that would not be possible. That would be a pound a day. Focus on what IS possible. LoseToday gave you lots of great advice. You might not have control over what groceries make their way into the house, but you can learn to control your portions. You can snack every 3 hours instead of eating one larger meal. Remember to have 16 oz of water five times a day. Build up your muscles and flexibility gradually so that you don't hurt yourself. Losing a pound a week is hard enough. Each time you lose one, remember to celebrate the one that you didn't gain!

What She Said
I agree with BReasonable; 60 lbs by June is not a healthy goal. I hve lost almost 140 lbs. in the last two years. I am single, over 50, have no family (and they were not supportive when they were alive). Only two cats support me.

It's a difficult journey; much easier at 18 than 52, but still difficult. You might find my blog informative: waddlingwoman.wordpress.com

How to lose weight fast
Go buy a product called Alli. It works no joke. Knew a girl that was 230 pounds and took it and lost 80 pounds in 3 months. Eat 6 meals a day that do not contain over 15 grams of fat per meal. Each meal has to be no lower than 200 calories and no higher than 250 calories. Once you lose the weight your gonna have alotttttt of extra sking HANGING off you. Most likely your stomach area. You will have to go see a plastic surgeon to get that removed and tightin up. Eat fat you will get fat. O and also you have to run your ass off on the treadmill till your about to faint. No one said ill be easy. Eat lean meats like fish, Chicken. Stay away from high carbs and pastas and processed foods. Only eat foods that come naturally. None of that processed shit. No cookies or cakes at all NONE. Not even 1 day a week. Eat like egg whites only. No whole eggs. Load up in protein. Well im not gonna tell you everything. Do research. But stick to everything i told you and youll be burning fat like crazy. Good Luck.

hey!
Hey, my name is jess. I will be a support to you as much as I can :D it always helps to have people behind you helping you out. I am 22 and have recently lost 25 pounds on the south beach diet and right now i weigh 148. But i haven't been doing that great at sticking to it lately :/ I would recommend the south beach diet but also on it, make sure that the carbs you eat on it are healthy and complex. Otherwise you may feel crapy on it and it will be harder to stick to it. A couple years ago i lost 30 pounds on south beach but the thing is is you have to change your eating style for life. Not just a little while or else you gain again. That happened to me :/ and i am nervous it will happen again because i keep craving junk! well let me know if i can help you with anything :)
