i need advice
i need if any body is willing to help me to make a really hardcore workout that will include push ups and dips

Some ideas...
First I would look through the site, and see about the various work out routines listed, a lot of them have video instruction included.

Other ideas, A personal trainer or a boot camp, most gyms have both. Don't want to join a gym... there are also plenty of dvds out there which have various approaches to cardio/strength training/ flexibility.

Another method, would be pick a sport and buy books about training for the sport.

As to me offering you exercises, I can suggest some to add to your routine, to make it well rounded you will need, cardio, strength, and flexibility all in the mix.

Since you were talking about exercises utilizing your own body weight as resistance here are some more you can add to your list:

Pull-ups, chin ups
Push-ups/ reverse push-ups (similar to a standard push up but you are face up using more of your triceps and back muscles to go up and down, Inverted push-ups (have to do a handstand on the wall to do these)
Dips
Vertical crunches
Vertical Leg Lifts
Vertical side crunches
Inverted (need boots and a bar, and not recommended without doctor's ok) crunches and side crunches
Squats
Lunges and Walking Lunges

These are just a few I know, but since I was a gymnast, I know lots of kind of off the wall strength training exercises which just use your body weight for resistance.
