i need toning adive please
i am 18 i weigh 118.8 lbs and im 5'3 in a half i am a runner so i do exercises and i eat healthy. I eat lost of fruits and vegetables. i have no weight issues i just need advice on how to tone correctly. i do have a membership at the gym but i haven't been in awhile because I'm not sure of what exercises to do to tone and what reps. i do not want to pay for a personal trainer. i just simply need advice on which exercises to do and how many sets.

Hi laydeel09,
What I am doing is following one of the exercise programs offered by this website. It tells me what to do, the weight, and the number of reps... Just go to the tab workout to get started - if you don't know what is the exercise in the list, click on it, and you will see the video... take it easy, don't life too much - the best toning is the one without injuries. Also eating the proper amount of protein per day... I follow mine by logging what I eat in the diet track. Good luck.
