ipod arm band issues
Has anyone had issues with the iPod armband when running? I love to use runkeeper when running and I have my iPod in the armband. Lately there has been major chafing even when it is not too tight. Does anyone have any best practices that they would like to share? I am not sure how well powder will work but I am considering that option. I would appreciate any feedback! Happy running.

I just switch arms or I jog with a pocket in my shorts. Also under armour is like a second skin great to wear when running.

Thanks for the feedback. I ave had some success with switching arms mid run. Maybe I will try the under armor tops a sleeve may help. Happy running!
