I know how you feel.
I understand, i am28 and have 75 pounds to lose. I am just going to stay in my calorie range and do the workouts on here and see how it goes. I am also going to invest in some roller skates, i used to love it and i think i should pick it up again. Good luck, Add me if you would like. We can motivate each other.

cheer up
i used to work at jenny craig before i got pregnant with my twins but pretty much if you stay in your calorie range you should see up to 3 pounds a week with out working out. i normally had my clients do that for a couple weeks get the food down to a tee. then start your workout routine. i would walk 30min a day or as many as you can do do simple things like leg lift crunches jumping jacks,, all things you can do while your watching tv. find something you love to do and go with that. park father away when you go to the store. if you walk 10,000 steps a day plus keep on track with your food you will do great i normally so 3 to 6 pounds with my clients depending on body type and how much the needed to loose

YOU CAN DO IT!!
I agree with everyone here, walking is great and easy and you can do it anywhere, park farther away, do crunches leg lifts push ups squats ect...
Eat better everyday and if you mess up dont get down on yourself just try harder the next day!!! Once you start to lose the weight you will be so happy and it will become easier because you will want to see more results and more weight come off ...!!!! You can do it just stay happy and dont get down, there are alot of people here that can help motivate you

Same boat....
I'm in the same boat...a mommy with a lot of extra weight to shed. It's a HUGE uphill battle.
I'd like to find a few chicks to support and get support from.

Pregnancy Weight
I have about 50lbs to lose to get to my goal...that still puts me well over what is recommended for my size, but it's the weight I was before I had my kids, and it's one that I'm comfortable with. I've been trying to lose weight for about 3 months now... my only result is that I stopped putting it on, but nothing came off! I have 2 young kids (3 and 2 years old), so it's hard to eat a low-cal, low-fat diet because they don't like a lot of the recommended foods and i'm not up to fixing 2 different things for each meal. I also struggle a lot with depression and anxiety, which makes it hard to keep my self-esteem and motivation up. If anyone has any suggestions, reinforcement, or is willing to become my buddy / external conscience, it's greatly appreciated~ Thanks!

don't lose hope- you're going to get rid of that baby weight!
My best advice, in terms of workout, is to go to youtube.com and look up Tracy Anderson. She is a celebrity personal trainer to Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston, Madonna, etc.
She has great 10 minute workout videos which you can follow along with, and they definitely make you sweat! However, you feel great after.
