keeping track of exercise calories
I am new to fitclick and confused...

do I add in my exercise calories done today to todays calorie range therefore upping my daily calorie allowance? and if I am suppose to do that how do I add it in? somewhere on some page or just in my head? help!!!

Hi and welcome! You want to manage your calorie deficit/surplus. The equation is :
Calories Eaten - Metabolism Calories - Exercise Calories = NET Calories

There is a page here at fitclick to help you see. It is under the "Home" tab: "My Progress"

There are lots of opinions on what the the NET Calorie number should be. It really depends on your goals. When I am trying to lose fat I cycle my net calorie goal like this...

7 days at -800 net cals
21 days at -500 net cals
14 days at 0 net cals (metabolic recovery)
Then repeat.

Go to Home tab then to My progress and should be able to see it!
