kids and weight loss
what exercises can i do from home for the thighs, belly, and arms? if you can give me advice on what will work i would very much be thankful.

forget about targeting specific body parts
Start exercising regularly - full body workouts are best for fat loss IMO - and eating healthy. You can find lots of exercise suggestions and ideas if you look around. Use one of Fitclick's programs if you're unsure of what to start with.

*Which* exercises you're doing are much less important than the fact that you *are* actually exercising. Get moving; increase your heart rate and your breathing.

Don't focus on weight. A tape measure is a much better tool for gauging progress as is the mirror.
